Key Tag Terms & Conditions

 

 

You can utilize your unique Tag ID issued by Climb Central or Boulder World while making payment for Products on the Platform by creating an account with us.

 

To create an account, select REGISTER here.

1. Fill out the required fields.

Select Yes, if you have a Climb Central / Boulder World Key Tag or a valid Membership card.

 

2.  After selecting yes, you must fill out your tag ID in the Key Tag ID field.

 

3. Complete the registration by selecting the CREATE button.

 

4. After completing the registration, it will take 1-3 working days to verify your account. Once we have verified your account to your tag ID, you can enter your Tag ID at checkout to enjoy the 5 - 10% discount.

 

Terms & conditions in the use of the Climbing Tag Discount


  1. Account creation is required at REGISTER. If you possess multiple key card IDs, only one user-preferred ID will be needed during account registration.
  2. Customers with an existing account at Crank Factory will need to contact us to bind their key tag ID into their existing account 
  3. Selected collections, existing sales or discounted items are not eligible for the discount. If the cart consists of multiple products that include both regular-price and sale items, the discount will only be applied to the regular-price items.
  4. Discount from your Tag ID cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional vouchers or discount codes unless stated otherwise

  5. Discount from your Tag ID can only be redeemed once per order at the check-out page. However, multiple purchases can be made using the discount code.
  6. Crank Factory may also in its sole discretion, exercise its right to cancel or modify orders, require different means of payment, revoke or limit the use of any discount code or gift card, if we reasonably believe that the discount code gift card was obtained, used, or applied fraudulently, unlawfully, illegally or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
